Tom Hardiman

Our Vice President

Tom Hardiman serves as the Vice President of Spiritual Services at MorningStar Ministries and the Director of both MorningStar Fellowship of Ministries (MFM) and MorningStar Fellowship of Churches (MFC). With decades of proven leadership, Tom is a trusted voice within the MorningStar community and the wider Body of Christ.

Known for his wisdom, leadership, and strong pastoral heart, Tom provides oversight to hundreds of ministers, churches, and emerging leaders. He is deeply committed to seeing people walk in their spiritual gifts with maturity, integrity, and boldness, especially within the prophetic movement.

At the School of the Prophets, Tom plays a vital role in equipping students to:

• Discern and steward the voice of the Lord

• Grow in prophetic gifting with accountability and character

• Understand the role of prophetic voices within the local church

• Walk in spiritual authority rooted in humility and submission to Christ

Through MFM and MFC, Tom mentors a growing family of pastors, leaders, and five-fold ministers, offering covering, counsel, and encouragement for those on the frontlines of Kingdom service. His leadership style is relational and Spirit-led, emphasizing both spiritual depth and healthy community.

Together with his wife, Mary Anne Hardiman, Tom has ministered to thousands across the globe. As a team, they carry a mandate to equip and strengthen the Church for these times through sound teaching, prophetic ministry, and deep spiritual formation.
