How to Request a Refund

We understand that life circumstances can change, and we strive to process all refund requests with clarity, integrity, and care. This policy explains how tuition refunds are handled for the School of the Prophets (SOP) program.

Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to prophets@mstarm.org. Please include the following information in your email:  

• Full Name  

• Student Program (In-Person or Online)  

• Reason for your request

Refund Policy Overview​

​

The School of the Prophets is a 9-month program, consisting of one weekend per month during the school year. If you withdraw after enrolling, your refund will be calculated based on the number of remaining weekends, minus a $50 administrative processing fee.  

• If you withdraw before the first weekend begins, you may receive a full refund, minus the $50 processing fee.  

• If you withdraw after the first weekend has started, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining weekends, minus the $50 fee.  

• No refunds will be given for weekends that have already been attended, are currently ongoing, or have been made available (e.g., via video replay).  

• Registration and materials fees are non-refundable.

Transfers

In certain cases, you may request to transfer your enrollment to the following school year instead of receiving a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

• Administrative and registration fees  

• Course materials, digital downloads, or activations that have already been accessed  

• Any session content that has already been made available (in person or online)
